About
Alastair is a lighting designer based in North California. Most of Alastair's recent work has been with Chico Theater Company and Butte College, working on projects such as Four Wedding's and an Elvis, the 2025 Fashion Show and the Marvelous Wonderettes.
They began studying technical theater at Inspire School of Arts & Sciences in 2019 and went on to complete the Fashion Design program at Butte College. During this time they branched into lighting, scenic design, and sets construction eventually developing a passion for light design and programming.
In their spare time Alastair enjoys sewing,
playing viola, and enjoying the outdoors. They
are especially partial to diving in the familiar
lakes of the Sierra Nevada.
